Window cleaning should ALWAYS be scheduled AFTER power washing. Overspray from the power washer nozzle can cause spotting on your glass. Therefore, we always suggest that power washing be considered as part of a window cleaning package, even if it’s just getting the outside of your windows cleaned. We absolutely offer window cleaning, and have been getting rave reviews for over 16 years! Check out our window cleaning website at www.IDoWindows.org and be sure to mention scheduling a window cleaning when you call for power washing.

There is no difference between the two terms. Either phrase can be substituted for our service. Don’t be concerned about the term “power” or “pressure.  Our technicians are trained to use the proper pressure to clean each surface without damaging your surfaces, while still powering away dirt and grime.

That is completely up to you. We are here to make your life easier, so we can show up, do the job, and leave or mail you an invoice. If you would prefer to be home, that is completely fine too.

There are many reasons you should trust this to a trained professional. The number one reason is that we use commercial grade equipment that is not available at your local big box store. The pressure units per square inch are much more powerful. That much power causes a need for trained technicians who know how to control it to avoid damage. Our power washers will get, and keep, your surfaces cleaner and for longer than doing it yourself, and you don’t have to worry about surface damage, ladders, etc. From vinyl siding, to concrete, decks and paver stones, we have the products, equipment and insurance to guarantee you a clean surface, every time.

Although our solution is a secret, it is similar to, and less toxic, than what can be found in a swimming pool. In fact, we purchase our solution from a local pool chemical supplier. The surface you need cleaned will determine how much will be used, as well as how dirty it is. Many jobs do not even require our solution, and can be brought completely clean simply from the judicious use of nozzle pressure.

We guarantee all our work. Sometimes our technicians may miss something. We will return to your home as many times as necessary to correct the issue. The exception is if there is staining (see artillery fungus, below) or another factor preventing the surface from appearing perfectly clean. In this situation, your technician will explain in detail to you what to expect from your results.

Those tiny black dots can be mildew, that is easily washed away, or they can be artillery fungus. Artillery fungus is a wood decay fungus that comes from your landscape mulch usually in a garden bed below the afflicted siding. Artillery fungus, although harmless, is very difficult to remove. Even when the spores are able to be removed, they usually leave behind stains. We will happily power wash it with our strongest solution, however we cannot guarantee that they will be removed, and we do not offer artillery fungus removal services at this time. For information on artillery fungus and tips on ways to remove it that have worked for some homeowners, please visit this Penn State website. They have done extensive research on the fungus and have conveniently posted their findings! http://personal.psu.edu/faculty/d/d/ddd2/
